TOI:Kajol Shrivastav to play Devis character in 'Chakravartin Ashok

kravartin Ashoka Samrat' has been creating waves with its historically stimulating content which has made the show an audience favourite. After showcasing the life of young Ashoka, the show is now all set to take a time leap and feature the story of grown-up Ashoka as he continues his journey to take over the throne. For this new leg in the storyline, Colors has roped in Kajol Shrivastav to essay the role of Devi.

Devi's character promises to be the shining beacon in Ashoka's life. Entering his life as just another woman, Devi will go on to become Ashoka's wife. A simple and kind-hearted woman, Devi's relationship with Ashoka will shape his personality in many ways.
