Yes, I am going to become a father soon: Shahid

Its official! Shahid Kapoor has admitted that he is going to become a father soon. And, we couldn't be happier for the gorgeous couple. Shahid said, "Haan main baap banne waala hun (Yes, I am going to be a father soon)!"

The news of Mira Rajput's pregnancy was doing rounds since quite some time now. However, this is the first time that Shahid has accepted the same in front of the media.

Shahid told the media the same at the trailer launch of Udta Punjab, where his ex-flame Kareena Kapoor Khan was also present. Apparently, Kareena was among the first few to learn about Mira's pregnancy. Apart from Shahid and Kareena, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh (who also star in the movie) were present at the launch as well.

The trailer of Udta Punjab looks quite promising and Shahid is completely stealing the show with his rockstar' act. Udta Punjab is directed by Abhishek Chaubey and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures in association with Phantom Productions. The movie is all set to release on 17 June!
