11:00am CBI office

Raghav entered the office with a smile on his face. He greeted Rajbir and Bikram and sat down on his chair wondering about the silence in the office. Everyone was busy doing their work.

Raghav: "aaj boss kahan hai. Kahin dikhai nahi de rahi. Office mein bhi bahut shanti hai".

Rajbir and Bikram pointed towards Trisha's cabin. He started moving towards her cabin but was stopped on the way by Rajbir.

Rajbir: "Raghav aaj tum boss se door hi raho to achha hai. Aaj madam ka mood bahut kharaab hai. Subah se teen baar tumhare baare mein pooch chuki hai aur hum sab ko kisi na kisi baat par daant pad chuki hai. Kahan the tum ab tak? Woh abhi kuch der pehle meeting se lauti hai. So you please stay away from her jab tak uska mood thik nahi hota."

Raghav wondered about the reason for Trisha's aweful mood. Maybe again uski mom ne koi ladka uske liye dhoond liya hoga; he thought and opened the door of her cabin.

Trisha was talking to her mom on phone( actually her phone was in her bag when she was in the meeting. When she came back, she saw 5 missed calls from her mom. So now she called her).

Trisha:" mumma kya baat hai itni baar call karne ki kya zaroorat thi. Agar maine phone pick nahi kiya to obviously busy hongi na."

Trisha's mom(on other side): "wo tum subah breakfast bhi nahi karke gayi. Itni jaldi nikal gayi, isliye call kar rahi thi ki kuch kha lena."

Trisha: "oh come on mom main bacchi nahi hu. Apna khayal rakh sakti hu. Waise bhi breakfast table par aapke paas sivay mere liye chune huye ladko ki baat ke aur koi baat hoti hi nahi hai. So no point in talking about it again. Kal raat ka jhagda kaafi nahi tha kya?"

Trisha's mom: "ok baba ab office mein to mat lado. Please tum time pe lunch kar lena. Ok... you take care... bye."

Trisha: "bye mumma".

Raghav realised the reason for her off mood and moved towards her.

Raghav: "Hi Trisha suna hai aaj tum sab par subah se bijli gira rahi ho. Mom ka gussa office staff pe mat nikalo please. After all woh tumhari bhalayi hi chahti hai. "

Trisha:" ab tum mom ki side lena band karo. Main pehle se hi pareshan hu. Aur waise tum kahan the ab tak? Yeh koi time hai office aane ka?"

Raghav:"who kya hai aaj main apne liye kapde decide nahi kar pa raha tha. Socha ki aaj main tumhe apne good looks se impress kar hi do. Tab shayad tum mere saath long drive par chalne ke liye haan bol do"(Trisha had stopped Raghav with a stern look when he had asked her to come for a ride during lift murder case).

Trisha: "Raghav..."

Raghav: "just joking boss. Woh actually I got up late today morning. Raat me late night tak comedy movie dekh raha tha. Tum movies nahi dekhti kya?"

Trisha: "movies ke liye mere paas time nahi hai. Can we please get back to work now?" Trisha said strictly.

Raghav: "lagta hai wakai aaj tumhara para satve aasman par hai aur tumhara mood thik karne ke liye hume kuch kha pee lena chahiye. Khali pet tumhara dimaag zyada garam ho raha hai" and he ordered coffee and some sandwiches for them.

They both had coffee with sandwiches and also discussed about their ongoing cases. Raghav with his usual in between flirting stuff made Trisha lose her anger gradually and smile in between as they got along with their office schedule for the day.

5:00 pm cbi office

The security guard came into Trisha's cabin where Trisha, Raghav, Rajbir and Bikram were discussing about the new case (Swati is on leave for few days).

Guard:" mam ye sahab aap se milne aaye hai." He handed over a visiting card to her.

She read the name written on the card "Abhigyan Arora"

Trisha: "Abhigyan Arora. Jahan tak mujhe yaad hai is naam se mera class mate hua karta tha. But woh to..."(Trisha thought about his school friend). " but woh yahan kaise ho sakta hai. Maybe someone else with same name. Bhej do inhe andar."

Guard: "ji mam"

Abhigyan: "may I come in Tisa?"

Trisha: "oh my god. Abhi tum? What a pleasant surprise? I wasn't expecting you after such a long time."

Abhigyan:" not bad Tisa, you a cbi officer. You always wanted to be a police officer na and see now here you are."

He hugged Trisha so as to congratulate her on being what she wanted to be and she reciprocated similarly. Raghav saw him hugging her and turned his face away so as to avoid seeing both of them together. How dare someone hug his very own Trisha in front of him?

Trisha: "Abhi ab to please mujhe Tisa bulana band karo. This is not our school. Waise I forgot to introduce you to my team. He is Bikram... Rajbir and he is Raghav and guys he is Abhigyan my best friend in school. His parents are also our family friends. He went to Australia after completing school and since then he is out of contact with me. Lagta hai ki wahan se man bhar gaya? Isliye India wapas aa gaye ho." She said teasingly to Abhi. "Waise tum wahan psychology karna chahte the na?"

Abhigyan: " by the way for your information, I'm a renowned psychologist in Australia. Tisa oh sorry Trisha is baar India to main apni shaadi ke liye ladki final karne aaya hu. "

Trisha: "what?Really? Mujhse kab milwaaoge?" Trisha sounded shocked.

Abhigyan:" jaldi milaaunga. Tumse to zaroor milwana hi padega. Nahi to meri shaadi nahi hogi. Hey guys it is nice to meet you all. Sorry main bachpan se hi ise tease karne ke liye Tisa bulata hu. Aur yeh ise bilkul pasand nahi tha."

Trisha gave him a pat on his shoulder and both of them started laughing.

Raghav was seeing all this and he felt some choking sensation inside. He wanted to go outside her room but then Abhi spoke up.

Abhi: "hey Trisha, lets go out somewhere. Lets spend some time together. I have come after such a long time, after all tum itna to mere liye kar sakti ho na. Guys you don't mind na agar main aapki boss ko aaj sham ke liye le jaau to?"

Rajbir and Bikram responded in a no but Raghav just went outside without saying anything. Trisha realised the dryness of his behaviour but she could not understand why? Rajbir and Bikram looked surprised at Raghav's behaviour and moved out of her cabin after bidding goodbye to both of them. Trisha left the office with Abhi.
