The Kangana Ranaut - Hrithik Roshan legal battle is getting nastier by the day. Last week, Kangana filed a complaint against the actor for circulating objectionable images of her to a few people. Post that, the police called the actress to record her statement, however her lawyer denied it. Again yesterday, there were reports that the fake email id was traced to America. But Kangana claims that this is a false report and the police is favouring the actor. So she, with the help of her lawyer, Rizwan Siddiquee, sent a notice to DCP Rajkumar and questioned the conduct of the police department.

An excerpt from the statement reads as, "Besides again in the recent article in the Mid-day newspaper, your department has claimed to having found/traced an imposter an America. Similar news was also carried in Mid-day on the 30th of March 2016. It therefore appears that some anonymous police officer from your department is leaking such news to help Mr. Hrithik Roshan in image cleaning whilst thereby making malafide and mischievous efforts to prove to the world that my client has been communicating with some imposter. Please note that such actions by police officer/s is not only immoral and unethical but absolutely illegal and therefore needs to be probed immediately and disciplinary action should be initiated against such officer
