Hola peeps!! 🤗
Long time no speak from me except on FFs but today the self imposed exile had to be broken!! I mean- how not to say something today when after the drought, the rains falls on our SwaSan parched hearts?! ❤️
WHAT on earth did I just watch?!! Apologies for incoherence and rambling but cannot be helped!!! Am floating in SwaSan heaven, courtesy of my forever always, one true love- the one and only Mr Perfect- Sanskaar Maheshwari!! 😎
This man!!! Hayeee- words fail me!! I make no apologies for the tile or content- itna toh banta hai aaj Sanskaar ke liye!!! How can a man be more perfect?! 😎
Where do I start?? Let's do it in chronological list order (lawyer soul likes those!!😳)
1. That look when the latest London-waali Aunty-ji openly demanded bachas from brand new dulhans (yes of course what else do people get married for?!) but leave that aside- no looking embarrassed or uncomfortable for Sanskaar. He looked so errr, deliciously naughty?! If I was Swara I would so see that he meant- let's get started on this finally acceptable mission NOW and would have oh so willingly complied!! Sorry, sorry, control nahi hota!! ☺️☺️
2. Ok- where was I? Oh yes, second point- Just the way Sanskaar looks at HIS Swara!!! This woman is his entire universe and this man has the incredible ability with just the heat of his gaze to convey love, passion, tenderness, pride, possession and every other emotion I could ever think a woman would want to see from her man!!! Beautiful beyond words- am floored! ❤️
3. Small point but nothing is too small to observe when it comes to SwaSan- the look Sanskaar gives Laksh when their wives are called for that second dance (I won't get sidetracked about the pointlessness of that one! The fancy Maheshwaris calling their 3 babus to make a spectacle of themselves alone- chaddo leave it!!). But that cheeky, eyebrow raised look of "come on brother- let's admire our wives, and be allowed to officially ogle!" 😈😆
4. Now let's get to the EPIC scene. OHHH!!!! This heart, the feels, this man, his love and this couple- how to describe this?! First, he shields those roses and comes forward with that burning look in his eyes. No wonder you could see Swara melting. And I LOVEEE how Swara is so happy even when she thought it was roses- exactly how it should be. (Sujju was no less comic-epic there btw!!) But then Sanskaar- taping those diamond bangles to those flowers!! Her surprise and his happiness at it. Her extending her hand with that pert expression but as if to say- YOU have to put them on, only then do they become what they are- otherwise it would be pieces of metal! And then his lines there!!! Can I send a virtual kiss to Raja Beta?! Sharad- I'll tweet you my love later but you seriously die Sanskaar the BEST lines always! Each word felt more sparkling and precious than those diamonds the bangles had and will stay with all SwaSan fans like a diamond bright memory I dare say!! Of course - the gilding - the way my VK delivers his dialogues!!! And then Swara/ Helly's expressions- that dawning joy and both of them just FEELING their love for each other and all of us expiring with excitement and SwaSan love!!! A PERFECT moment!!! The whole thing was magic- his teasing first with a slight dash of attitude, his strong grip then to stop her and then those beautiful soul stirring words against which even her mock anger was no match and her resolve certainly not. How he said she reclaimed him from the darkness that had him and made him whole was the epitome of why I fell in love with these two like I've never loved an on screen couple before!
Crowning glory- the words- "Toote kaanch sa tha main, Kohinoor kar diya!!!
Sanskaar and Swara- you define soul mates for me!!

Sorry, this became long!! I cannot stop once I start on Sanskaar or SwaSan as many of you now. Hope I didn't bore you all too much but even if I did, my heart is so happy today as after what feels like eons, I FELT the magic without feeling cheated immediately after!!
