u totally stole the words from my mouth...it was original...i think maybe somepeople didn't like it cause they like to watch remakes the same old stories..where the hero gets his girl at the end....sry no offence to anyone....it's just my opinion....

i hve to agree...the best thing abt this movie is that it is original...a fariytale type..nothing that has been done b4..luved the movie..cant wait for it to come out on dvd

I agree with u guys its fairytale movie & something different. Many people r complaining that their Diwali is ruined because of sad ending. There is 1000 of movies r made with a happy ending, but this is real. In real life every body don't get their true love. Also people have 2 see the quality of great movie like SAAWARIYA. In my opinion this is a all time classic!!!!

I dunno abt being "ORIGINAL"😉 Bcoz its based on The Russian short story White Nights...But there is nohing wrong if it is based on a story untold to Indian audience(which obviously not many have understood either anyway😆)...

But I agree its a new concept to Indian Cinema...Thumbs up to SLB for trying to do sumthing this daring...though it was stupid to attempt such a masterwork of such a magnificent writer😉
