So, in this episode, we see Shravan and Suman go to her parents' house which got sold many years ago. This was the house where Suman spent her childhood...alone. Suman being an only child grew up by herself. That scene where she tells Shravan that she used to love swinging on the swing that her father brought her. But, being an only child, with no siblings, she had to no one to help her swing. It made me so sad. And Shravan is such a sweetheart. He wanted to swing it for her.❤️
I really felt for Suman in this episode. First, when the family is talking about her parents. Mami bad-mouthing her mother😡, other family members talking about her unsuccessful father. My heart felt heavy for Suman. She had to hear all that. Her parents are dead, they can't defend themselves and she is pretty defence-less. I loved how Shravan was continuously making sure that she is alright. This guy...😳
Okay, moving on...Shravan and Suman go to the house and Sumo is entranced by her childhood memories. Speaking of which, that kid playing childhood Sumo is so cute.
Sumo is so hypnotized by the house that her feet drag themselves into the house. 😭
Shravan is of course sensitive to her emotions. He just let her walk around. He follows her and gives her his silent support. Not saying anything. When she is revisiting her childhood, he quietly listens to her, knowing she needs to pour it out. That scene where Sumo is running around following the young Sumo around and Shravan right behind them was beautifully shot. 👏It was gut-wrenching to see.
I am so glad Shravan was with her. Imagine if she had to relive these memories by herself. 😭Suman's situation was very relatable. The reactions were so realistic. It was very overwhelming. I was very depressed on her behalf. But I am glad she has Nanu and Shravan (to a large extent). She needed Shravan today and he was there. At one moment she grabs his hand and asks him like a child: "Kya tum mere papa ka kamra dekhna chahoge?" I was close to tears.
This episode was heavily about Suman's attachment to her chilhood home and her parents. Sumo was such a tough cookie in school...lively and fun-loving. Today, we and Shravan saw how behind the facade there is the lonely girl, almost broken. That makes me even more amazed how strong she has become. Shravan noticed it too. Salute to Sumo for turning out the way she is now. Strong and proud.
One thing that says about her is that she like Shravan doesn't let out her emotions easily. Both have veneers that they show to the world, but inside they have so many sentiments which they don't let the rest of the world see. Shravan and Sumo are definitely similar at their core. That's what makes them perfect partners.😳
Speaking of ShraMan, I loved seeing how Shravan was distressed seeing Sumo so emotional. She needed support and he was there. Not just as a love interest, but as her good friend. Her best friend. He held her and let her cry and deal with how much she misses her parents. It was a touching scene. It hit my shipper heart, but mainly it hit me in my gut because Sumo was heartbroken and Shravan's heart was aching seeing her in so much pain.😭
This episode packed quite an emotional punch. Nikita was marvelous with her expressions. Sumo made me very emotional. Namik as usual is amazing. I really felt sympathy and empathy towards Sumo. I am thankful that Shravan is there for her. 😊
Suffice to say, I loved the episode very much. 👍🏼
PS: I am using the word "emotional" one too many times, in connection to this episode. Pardon me but my vocabulary is getting jammed because of the sentimental mess that this episode has reduced me to. Only word I can think of is : "emotional"
