I know these situations are unrealistic, but if it really happened people would act the same way. They would say "lets do the trade but then trick the person and get both children back". No one would give up one child for another child. PLUS most people would involve the police in case they cant work it out themselves.
I would say this is 100% ACPs fault...why did he not catch her? He had a gun, so did his staff and everyone just moved out of the way of the car. Why wasnt there someone ready to barricade her car off? I know without this drama the serial wouldnt go on...but the CVs made the Indian police force look like a joke. How is Abhishek ACP?

nobody is at fault .It's just circumstances. Neither Raman nor Ishita would have put their children at risk but they could not just let things go as it is and don't try to do something to save their children.circumstances turns against them .Nobody is to be blamed.but Raman even if he was terribly hurt should not have said those terrible words to Ishita. He should have known how much Ishita loves her children .But producers wanted leap at any cost so they made Raman said it just to have leap and seperation.

Both... ishita for calling hawaldar, Raman for losing his temper, ishita for committing suicide and not returning back... and Raman for trying not to find her...
Most important both were wrong in not talking to ruhi before taking her to nidhi... that was very muchneeded... and is the biggest mistake

Both are at fault.
I will state some general fact:

For Raman - If you do something wrong, you will need someone on whom you can burst out of frustration. Raman too was guilty, for loss of Ruhi and he out of frustration and anger told lot of words that can break anyone. Last time also when Raman questioned Ishita's motherhood she was broken. This time Ishita was blamed for loss of Ruhi, and differences in motherhood for step-child and child. It will break anyone. One more thing I tell you, Ishita always fight back but she never fought back when she was questioned on her motherhood. I never found her resorting back when people mocked her about being Baanj earlier. That's her weak point.

Coming to Ishita: She really took a non sense step of committing suicide, but when you are emotionally drained you doesn't really act sensible. That happened with Ishita. Raman harsh word reminded Ishita of her incapability and her failure as a wife/mother. And as far as coming back to Raman's life is concerned she was saved by Mani, and in all this Mani became handicapped. She has a concept in mind that Raman hates her, and here Mani also lost his legs because of her so leaving Mani in that situation was not what Ishita would have ideally preferred specially when she is not sure Raman would really accept her.

So, both of them have given impulsive reaction and taken impulsive decisions. The circumstances were unfavorable.

P.S. No offence to anyone, just my point of view.

When faced with a terrible loss one tends to say things without thinking. One can blame another of being reckless and having ulterior motives based on ones previous actions. In my view that is precisely what Raman said to Romi and when he retorted in anger we find it justified as his manhood or loss of Rohith was not cited.
In the case of Ishitha deep seated pain due to her inability to have a child of her own. She has however been so giving in nature irrespective of who the child is. The idea of child swap convincing her that he will ensure both his children are safe putting Ishitha's life in danger with his plan B...she has just had a brush with death and yet when Raman compelled her to go alone she agreed. If Raman was so sure that if Ishitha went alone why did he clamber up the route.
Romi was the one in touch with ACP . yet when the mishap occurred Raman said the most harsh cruel things and threatened to kill her with his own hands.
Ishitha was pushed off the cliff, against her wishes made to offer Ruhi in exchange for the baby. She ended her life as she saw no purpose to live post losing Ruhi.
Raman could have looked for the corpses which he didn't.
By being so attached to his 3 kids he loses his balance. She lives in guilt being away from her loved ones...he in denial that Ruhi and Ishitha ever existed. The barsi of Ruhi is performed but Madhu's hurt that even a barsi is not observed by the Bhallas...yes when Raman never attends and they hide Ruhi's picture, if the Bhallas genuinely missed her their action could have shown that. Atleast Adi with his tattoo made a statement he remembers her...Shagun after the affection the iyers have shown could have been kind to them.
I am more inclined to believe Bhallas have been unfair.

both were at fault but ishita is a bit more than raman first of all either she shud have agree to raman;s each words n warning or she shud have remained firm on her decision for not giving ruhi ny way on any cost...y did she agreed to raman when he said to give ruhi for baby's life sake...and if she agreed to him she shud have trusted raman too on the same and shud have not made acp come at their rescue when raman warned...raman ko acp hawaldaar ki kaabiliyat pta thi that he can nvr do any thing or solve anything...both lack trust on each other evn though thy claim to be mad in love with each other..

PS.. n can i just hope CVs that we want no more hawaldaar acp scene now...
