OMG! Ankush Arora slits his palm with a knife

Ankush shares, "We were shooting for this scene where Meher (played by Ankita Sharma) is threatening to commit suicide. She had a knife in her hand and I was supposed to pull it from her. I didn't realise she was holding a real knife and that too quite firmly and when I tried to pull it away from her, I ended up slitting my hand and passed out. The production immediately rushed me to a hospital, where I was given a drip of glucose and got six stitches for my wound. After three hours, I felt better and reported back to the shoot. It will take a couple of days for the stitches to heal completely. Sometimes we actors get so engrossed in a scene, striving for perfection that we forget to be cautious. I am just glad the shoot wasn't stalled for too long because of me and we could wrap the schedule.

I guess both wanted to give a perfect shot and Ankush ended up getting hurt..they shouldn't have used a real knife..

Yes and in one pic he was also wearing a sling..the pic is not getting posted or I would have put it in my post..
The stitches must have hurt like hell..

U r right. I mean they should have at least warned him that they r using a real knife. He got 6 stitches.It would have been so painful..and he cant even take off

How can they use a real knife & not let the actor know 😕
