i dont know what to say after today's episode but i m keen to know about that wheelchair person...i guess he is also tamilian like aaliya also call him ''appa' and he is also a doctor by profession

so any guess regarding the identity of that person

The person who has saved her..may be he has a daughter aaliya who treats ishita as her mom...

but only that do hanson ka joda (suraj and ashok) r there and i have no expectations from them especially ashok😡
