There was an article which stated that Nidhi will upbring Ruhi and she will hate Ishita.

At that time we all rubbished that article that how can Ruhi hate Ishita but with the new promo out, the reason is clear.

Nidhi is going to kidnap the new born and ask Ruhi in return to which Ishita agrees , this will become the reason of hatred for Ruhi that the Ishima whom she trusted actually ditched her and exchanged her for her real baby. ( Remember the hurt which Ruhi carried for Ishita when she denied taking her in exchange of Adi, this will be the same type, just with lot more hatred as she will live with Nidhi for a long period who will feed her with lot of crap and her Bhalla family's helplessness and no reason for Ishita's action will only fuel her hatred.)

So I was correct... Ruhi did hear Ishita's words at the end and was hurt and in the battlefield tomorrow something will happen where Ruhi and baby's life choice will come and Ishita will choose the baby and leave Ruhi hurt which will deepen this hurt and instigate hatred in the girls heart .
