Only 1? W*F are you talking about? Priyanka won Screen, Filmfare, TOIFA... Which is 3 different awards/ceremonies and she didn't show up to any of them because she was busy.

Priyanka congratulates people all the time... Even last year she congratulated National Award winners. She wishes friends and fans happy birthday too. That's just the way she is. Better than only tweeting when you win too cough cough Ranveer and speaking of only attending award shows when you win cough cough Deepika attended every award show this year to make sure she wins, except TOIFA and that's the only one that had real winners for best actress (popular - Kangana & critics - Kalki)
