I know I come up with the most absurd titles. But when Thapki agreed to stay married today after Bihan so unceremoniously proposed to her without even realizing he was in love a thought struck me. Sure they talk of turning this lie of a marriage into a true one BUT do they realize that a real marriage is not where you behave as roommates. There are many many aspects of marriage and by agreeing to the wed-lock they have to full fill those. WTH did Thapki think when she bluntly lied about this. Imagine Bihan taking the marriage as any serious one and trying to be close to her. What would she say? She would have to wear the mangalasutra and sindoor which is fine but what about the intimacy. How long would Bihan stay away from her? Of course this is a soap and nothing of that matters here because the hero always sleeps apart but what if Bihan is different? What if they have to share a bed. Yes he won't "sleep" with her without her consent but still wont he expect much now. Especially when he has been given so much hope by Thapki?
