As of now from the flash backs she did know what she was doing and Pushkar being her best friend it is only a matter of time she would come to know. There was another flash back where she was so protective of Shravan when they were near an ice cream vendor and some lady was rude to him. So wonder if she can be seen with him in public there then what was it that made react in such a callous way to him in this particular instance. Don't know whether his mother's character will be introduced in the show. Because two women in Shravan's life have been shown in negative light, what was the equation between these two ? The typical EK type twist will be Shravan's mum asked Sumo to behave in such a manner so that Shravan leave the country as she didn't want his father's influence on him 😆. There we have the sacrificing FL already!!! And yes the deal is not to contact until he finishes his studies and be successful. The issue of not calling him for 10 years is also sorted lol. She probably knows his mom left. It's impossible not to when his dad is still in touch with them and she is still friends with Pushkar. I'm sure they've talked about it.
