I agree. But this is Swadheenta's first case and this is expected of her. Mostly first lawyers are not given cases in India - they assist a senior lawyer - so here the fiction bit of it sets in. But it was still very brave of Swa (god such a long name! 😆) to face Singhvi and get 2 days for herself. No one is this naive in dealing with a clerk in India - esp not an NLU graduate but well its a show, they will show her learning the ropes of the supposed 'legal system' in India. 😆
