Swa made the classic mistake. Trusting the officer she blurted out everything to who she is and why she had come.after college when we face life most people with integrity ends up like swa. Because they don't intentionally hurt anyone or will help anyone if they can everyone is like that. Unfortunately real life is not that. Unless you know the person you should give minimum information. Else you will be exploited. Also as a lawyer swa needs this quality. To closely guard her defense

hii...i am abha,...i really like ur post...

true...i even felt she was too naive to know what her saying may cost...in real life we know how manipulative sometimes it can be...but i think they could have shown her little smarter since practically u are aware of these things...if u study even little bit of real cases...

yup she did a mistake i think she is very young and she has to be little confident ...just freshed LLB passed out...Freedom have to gone thorugh a long process in how dealing

I think she is too emotional at times but she has to understand emothion should not come in btw ur karma...😊

Lets see what has store for us...next.

Abt ur post u said it right
Swadeenta is actually too nervous with her first case and first hearing. I can sound more firm in her voice not as if a child going to face the school for the first time
But she is not at fault😆it will happen will all of us at a point when we start anything afresh😆

Nice post... Even I was thinking she shouldnt have just told everything... It just showed that she is still the simple Swadeentha n not advocate Swadeentha...

I'm sure she'll cope up how to deal with ppl soon... It will be interesting to see how she'll handle the situation n now if that Mishraji wont turn up she might realize where she went wrong...

True,She is still in a student mode and has not yet taken full ownership and understanding of what she is handling.

Maybe this was necessary to show her future progress and change in way of handling people and circumstances.

I felt the same way when she and asad are stopped by gundas near india Gate. They had pepper spray,chilli powder and other ammunition but could not execute their plan.

If it was not for Adarsh that day,she would have been indanger.

Same with the scene in simi's father's house.

We have seen two instances where she wasn't careful and alert as a lawyer and Adarsh took care of things.

Hoping to see a Swadheenta who predicts these things and plans ahead like Suhasini who is always keeping a tab on what is going on in other important cases and how her opponents are functioning.Suhasini is quick witted and rescues situations when they look the most feeble.Swadheenta is still coping with fear and inexperince which makes her timid and unsure.

It would be lovely to see her growth.Swa making mstakes and learning from them

I felt the same . She looked too naive there & as a lawyer she should not trust ppl so easily . I hope she would learn from her mistakes .

Totally agree with you ...

Her way of handling the clerk was totally wrong because most often people in such

posts are after money/bribes ... as was apparent that he had been bought over by the

builder Ahuja ...

She should never have revealed the purpose of wanting those papers ...

But you learn by your mistakes 😆

Am sure she will do better the next time ...

Thanks. Many of you bought a nice point. Fear.Yes swa has that. She had gone for an interview. Not to take a case like this. Unexpectedly burden of expectations fell on her. She is trying to win than look at the situation. Interview people asked her to take it to 3 hearings that's it.But swa ended in soup.and it is fear and burden of expectations making her emotional and she is bungling up things
