Little Disappointed with Swa hearing

I'm not familiar with law schooling but I'm pretty sure before taking BAR she actually interned for a lawyer and most likely had been to court hearing and maybe actually presented some part of the hearing. So the way court room scene was shoot disappointment to me. Yes they could have shown her anxiety needing time to gather her thoughts; however what we saw was a lawyer who was intimidated easily by her opponent. As a sharp lawyer, I would have expected her to object Singhvi ordering her around...in that capacity he was not her senior but opponent. Another thing bugged me big time, was Swa mumbling with her interactions with judge showing zero confidence in herself or case and conducting herself in a manner where she had no idea how to address herself in the court. I wasn't expecting her to be perfect full on confidence but I wasn't expecting her to have zero confidence in her capabilities and skills. Just my two cents😳

I thouht I was the only one disappointed with this. 😕 Didn't like it at all. I understand it was her first time but still it looked quite stupid. 😕

thats what bugs me..the makers are trying to show her FOOL..

I agree with you ,i didn't get one thing.how come a fresher take up a case without any practise under a senior lawyer?as i know a fresh llb student either it is llb or llm,they work under a senior lawyer as assistant to know how to handle a case.

@DiamondLIfe, i too was shocked when I heard that dialogue from Swa and I was like OMG, this girl needs to go back to grad school, won't be handling my case😆😆

@janani_diwan That's what I mean, that's the whole purpose of grad school to actually teach you entry level skills and then you go on from there. I'm from states one of my friend had to complete internship with a reputed law firm before she was allowed to graduate and take BAR.

although, I think it would be better if they showed swadeenta assisting Suhasini with a case, because that is what newly graduates do. then Adarsh could see meet her at his mothers office and fall in love lol

Yup that would have been nice if Swa joined Suhasini but I guess we will be seeing Adarsh helping her out. We will get to see their bonding and helping each other realize their full potential.
