Rewatch Thread renewed - Sony Pal MP epi discussions

Ok this episode-86, when I watched it previously I had skipped all Akbar related stuff and this time too no exception😛- If I have missed something important please do let me know and I will make every effort to watch "important" part😊 - but somehow all Delhi stuff bored me till Vishal joined and then too it there were scenes I have skipped let's see if things are any different this time!!

Only notable scene of this episode was that vachan taken by Pratap's Ranima (cause she was just acting as a mother here, so I won't call her JB) the way she elicits it out of him-having witnessed his point blank refusal to DB on similar requests earlier, bringing her "sabkuch chodna" into the equation, he could hardly protest-even though worried about things that would have brought this on her, he gives in to his Ranima-his first emotional weakness(Many more to follow!!) - I think Faisu by now had transitioned into a brilliant actor, look at the way he is contemplating for a fleeting second before turning completely towards the deity and then again the deep breath and closing of eyes-conveying his-dil pe pathar wala stand! I was toh totally and completely mesmerised by this time-hooked, sunk and drown into those magnificent eyes😳

I couldn't watch last three days so I caught up on all the episodes today, it wasn't difficult as these episodes we could skip and jump around a bit w/o missing a lot!

I couldn't help but notice how Rani Ma after listening to conversation between her son and his friends declares her decision to go and visit Bundi knowing very well that Pratap will have to tag along very much making this his choice-really crafty!! And that constant reminder about his vachan was just getting on my nerve-however the listing of all forbidden things in Bundi kingdom was enough to bring smile-with almost all points warranting akshamey aparadh- I was just imagining Surtan singh dishing out his orders to his soldiers about catching the culprits🤣

Only good thing about the episode besides that barrages of akshamey aparadh in my opinion- Pratap's complain register about moms!!😆

So if last episode was of long list of don't this episode listed equally long list of do's - loved this one ..."hamare mahel ki aas pas ki galiyo,margo pe aane jaane ke liye kar..."-hilarious😆 the way he said it was really funny-honestly he made these few episodes bearable - there was last few minutes of this episode that I really loved-a reflective Pratap - reminiscing day's events through flashbacks and the facial expressions conveying each of those very unmistakably...I think there are many such subtle moments in these shakhaveer track that makes these otherwise mundane episodes watchable!

Moving to episode 89- Panna tai story - another Contiloe versioned history but chalo how many times we are going to repeat the same thing-so to the scene where Pratap elicits this out of his Rani Ma-I did what you said so you do what I ask-aha! Wish he would have done this with his choti Ma too!! Before I forget episode also marked entry of second weakness of Pratap- Sarang! (and yeah many more to follow)

And the last one - what can I say apart from Faisal and Anand all should have been sent to some acting lessons-really pathetic to watch over the top screaming and facial pulling in name of acting-all I could take solace is in those fleeting moments when Pratap leaves from Panna tai's house having been defeated in his purpose to take her out of Bundi and somewhere peaceful- his eyes again said it all- I really wish more people will put down their views on episodes -it's always good to read more interpretations and opinions having missed the opportunity first time round!!😳
