As a parent, if my child asked permission / opinion to choose a job in BPO, I will not encourage ( may be mother in me is immature). Because a lot of exploitations are there in the field of BPO jobs. If a girl has to face this without proper education she cannot quit the job and stand independently with dignity. Money is not all. If the youngesters can pursue education along with the job, it is OK with the BPOs.
