Funpost: Rishi's Parents - Forget about it!
Just before their visit to India Rishi's parents visit their doctor for immunizations. Their doctor asks them if they had any problems. Rishi's parents admitted that their memory had been failing a little - like forgetting where they put their keys or glasses and searching all over. Their doctor tells them that many people find it useful to write notes to themselves.
Soon they are in India. Rishi's father has stopped the car in front of the road side chaat vendor. Rano, Rishi and his brother are sitting in the car. The two boys flatly refuse to have any chaat.
Rano: Dear, please get me a dish of vegetable patties along with sweet chutney. And maybe write that down so you won't forget.
Rishi's Dad: Nonsense, I can remember a dish of vegetable patties.
Rano: Well I'd also like some pav-bhaji with extra potato curry on the side.
Rishi's Dad: My memory is not that bad. No problem, a dish of vegetable patties with sweet chutney, and a dish of pav-bhaji with extra potato curry on the side. I don't need to write it down.
Rishi's dad finally returns from the vendor with a dish of bhel puri and a dish of papri chaat with dahi (yogurt) on the side for Rano.
Rano: Hey, where is the chole bature I asked for?
