Dev's secretary informs Dev that Sonakshi did not want to talk to him. Dev gets angry and says he just wanted to thank her over the phone, but she wouldn't listen to him. The secretary says she had something else to add. She informs him that Sonakshi accepted his job offer and is coming to his home in the afternoon. Dev gets happy to hear this.
Radha comes to Dev's house to meet Ishwari. She informs her of Rohan's face injury and rants about lack of money to get her son treated. She further complains that Dev is the one who hit his son, that too in front of other people. Neha comes there and supports Dev, telling her that Dev must have had his reasons to do so. Ishwari goes to take some money which she gives to Radha for treatment. The latter makes a show of being unwilling to accept as she already owes them a lot of money. Ishwari tells her that giving money to close ones is not considered as a loan.
Radha reaches home with lots of shopping bags. She shows her husband the saree she bought and shoes for her son. Her husband asks her where she got so much money but she averted the subject asking about Rohan whereabouts. Dev's uncle replies that Rohan is drinking beer in his room. Radha confronts him saying that her son might be in so much pain that he is having relief with this bitter drink. He asks her how does she know about the taste of beer.
She then starts complaining about the bad condition of their house. The husband replies that no matter what, they will not leave the house to go to Dev's mansion. He further adds that if she wants a mansion then ask Rohan to build one for her.
Sonakshi informs her dad about accepting Dev Dixit's job offer and tries to convince him that she made a good decision. She adds that she has a problem with Dev's angry and arrogant attitude but no problem with his mother.
Dev comes back home early from work. He informs his mother about the nutritionist Sonakshi Bose accepting his job offer and about her arrival. Ishwari tries to convince him that she can take care of herself. She gets further shocked on knowing that Dev is paying Sonakshi 1.5 lakhs.
Sonakshi is seen on her scooter coming to Dev's address. She is surprised as she finds herself in a regular street and not a place where she would expect a wealth man like Dev to stay.
Dev is sitting with eyes closed and listening to old songs on his laptop. His servant comes and announces arrival of Sonakshi. He greets Sonakshi with a smile and a calm attitude. Sonakshi asks if she has Dev's twin brother in front of her as the Dev Dixit she knows is always in an angry mode. Dev also replies casually that then he must be having Sonakshi's twin sister in from of him as the Sonakshi he knows is always ready to fight with him.
Dev brings Sonakshi to his mom's room. The latter gets pleased to see Sonakshi. She recalls her as the girl who had taken her to hospital when she fainted on the road. She thanks her for that day and further adds that she is waiting for the old and greedy nutritionist that her son employed for her. Dev informs him that Sonakshi is the nutritionist.
Ishwari is embarrassed. She tells Sonakshi that she looks too young to be a doctor. Dev asks Sonakshi to accompany him to the kitchen.
In the kitchen, Sonakshi forbids all oils, ghee, chole, bhature, sweets, fried foods and so on.. Dev asks her not to make radical changes else his mom will go in depression. Sonakshi asks him not to interfere with her job.
Precap: Ishwari tells Dev that he is paying 1.5 lakhs to Sonakshi for nothing. She adds that Sonashi does nothing except writing a note of what is to be cooked for her. Sonakshi enters the room and hears their conversation.
