I love how naturally Shaan portrays his scene, calling out the others when they're being too overdramatic as well😆

As for Ridhima, I'm sold! I think what's great is not only does she stay true to being machine-like, but she also gives off a friendly air. Her natural state is a pretty smile, which makes it so much easier to watch her. Her Hyderabadi was too funny!!🤣🤣

The two act so naturally, and Shaan has no qualms putting his hands "idhar, udhar, aur idhar bhi" (acc to Rajni)😆 Looking forward to more of this!

Thank you!

Haha, one of the first things I loved about Shaan's personality was the fact that he was majorly irritated by how useless his family is! 😆 The fact that he's such a no-nonsense, workaholic guy, to the point of practically living in his lab for weeks...but then he's also funny and extremely endearing - I'm just really entertained watching Karan enact all of this with just the right amount of comic flair.

Very true about Ridhima's smile and Rajni's "natural state." She's lovely! I find it interesting that she can have a very impassive face that is still expressive, somehow...but then she can slip into the more exaggerated expressions quite well, too. The Hyderabadi dialogues just rolled off her tongue and left me a bit stunned, haha!

I think Karan and Ridhima are both very easy on the eyes. Well, at least to me they are! I love the ease with which they play off of each other. There's a sense of them being a unit, attuned to each other, and that really comes across well in their scenes. I'm looking forward to seeing where this show goes!

Hey Borna, fancy seeing you here😆

I'm watching this too but the last few epis have fallen a bit flat for me...these cliched lame angles of "Romantic Rajni" drag the show down IMO.

Otherwise I am liking Riddhima and Karan's acting...actually I really like Papaji too...he's adorable😆...and Shaan's mega Bengali mom Surili has her amusing moments too.

The initial epis were quite good as they built up Rajni, showed some of the conflict b/w man and machine when Shaan banishes her...but the recent epis have been the typical soap fare of cliched romance dikhaao etc. etc.

Riddhima is good but they can do better than simply objectifying her for the sake of gimmicks...like these random item numbers they make her do and even when they are attempting to satirize soap cliches, they don't always succeed...I find her acting faltering a bit in such OTT bits.

Oh hello, Anu! What a surprise to see you here! 😆

I really loved the first two weeks of the show. The man vs machine issue, what it means to be "human", and whether we can really create a perfect humanoid being that is completely devoid of emotions - those are things that I am really hoping will be explored more.

I mentioned how memorable that banishment scene was for me - I hadn't been expecting the scenario to take that kind of turn at all. The brokenness and loneliness of a robot...Ridhima conveyed that very well through her body language. It reminded me of Frankenstein's monster and the haunting melancholy of that creature. And then Rajni objectively observing that she can't become a mother, which probably led to everyone thinking that she was abandoned by Shaan because of that very reason...that was another unexpected little thing that I liked. I was also pleasantly surprised by the way Rajni used her logic to draw conclusions about being abandoned by Shaan and then questioned him about it later. Those little moments of subtle sensitivity are so refreshing amid the craziness of the rest of the show, so I'm holding out for more of that...

The stock characters and soap scenarios that I wanted to run away from have unfortunately started to manifest in the form of the two bahus and the cartoon...I hope the former find something better to do with their time and I want the latter to leave ASAP! Romantic Rajni is a bit much sometimes, I agree - at least Shaan is there to mirror my own "What are you even doing?!" reactions to those situations, haha. I liked a few of the moments where Rajni was like her normal robotic self, with a more subdued sweetness. Somehow that seems to come out more naturally when she's around Shaan.

I'm sticking around for Karan and Ridhima, hoping that they'll get a chance to take Shaan and Rajni through a more natural, gradual progression as far as their relationship goes. They're both very endearing and I like the rapport that they've built up, so I'm staying put for a while! I absolutely adore Amrish, yaar! He's so funny and so sweet! Surili has her moments, too. I like seeing her interact with Amrish on a one-on-one basis, since it presents a different, softer side of her personality. I am also obviously interested in seeing how she gradually comes around regarding having Rajni as Shaan's wife...

Okay, so I accidentally rambled on and on...Oops. That's a few weeks' worth of thoughts right there.
