long meeting with the company in its office at South Mumbai, Prachi emerged ecstatic. A friend of Prachi tells us, "Prachi has loved the role and she will probably sign it. The only hitch is that Prachi is short of time and her schedules are going to become tighter."

Our well-placed source from Balaji Telefilms informs us, "Prachi's dates with Kasamh Se and Jhalak 2 will need to be rescheduled. Kasamh Se is now undergoing a 5-year leap and the story will now require Prachi in a big way. Whatever the case may be, Ekta will not prevent Prachi's career growth. She will adjust the dates for her once she takes the decision."

When contacted, Prachi did not deny that she was offered the Warner Brothers film. "The Warner Bros offer is a great one. But I cannot reveal the details, either about the story or my role. I am not supposed to talk about it," she said.
