Well all I think it is..is that Dhoni's Dadaji gets a heart attack or something and his blood pressure goes low..he is sinking and Ridz, Atul, Anjali and Sapna attend him and due to one of them's mistake of giving Dhoni's Dadaji a medicine that showed side affects and due to the allergy from that medicine, Dhoni's Dadaji goes into a coma...and then Keerti asks them who was the 1 who gave the wrong medicine or who gave an overdose or somewhat and whoever it is, is in trouble! It can be any1..I dunno..I don't really wanna guess!! 😕
