I doubt that cinemas are going to take the responsibility to enforce the guidance ratings....they never have before.

Maybe the parents need to keep an eye on their children abit more? Having said that, all the movies are eventually shown on indian channels b4u, zee, sony etc and its easy to get pirate copies of new films on dvd as well watching them online.
