We check the reported posts first .. if comments r more of criticism , we ignore it as criticism is allowed but if there is name calling and abusivelanguage involved , then we put a mod note first as initial warning but if that warning is ignored and members still continue with bashing then topic is closed and also members who hv broken rules despite a mod note r individually warned ..

I wanna ask a question here ,many of the mods take care of other forums as well , as in they are mods for other forums as well. So how do they go about it? Isn't that a really exhausting job?
yup it is because I m a channel mod , so I hv to take care of all zee shows and sometimes if there r severe issues in any forum and I get a bit late , I hv to bear the anger of the members as well 😆 but guess I m used to it now .. But then forums which r problematic , I hv individual mods too appointed who r looking after the particular forum .. so that makes my job a bit easier to look after rest of the forums which dont hv individual mods

I guess I m used to the fan wars now over the years 😆 .. earlier it used to b get on my nerves but then IF does teach you how to develop lots of patience 😆
JR forum surprisingly is one of the most calm forum even though its as active as some of the problematic forums on IF which in a way is good for me 😆😳... yes there r fan wars here and there in this forum too at some point but members hv always followed my mod notes and stopped it there and then which is why its one of my fav zee tv forums 😳

Not yet .. I m really happy with the way both Ravi and Nia fans co exist in this forum for almost 2 yrs now .. thats quite a rare case on IF 😆😳 .. I hope u guys continue to b like this in the coming months too 😃

Sometimes when posts r made on actor's personal lives , I did hv a bit of a problem but thankfully members here were matured enough not to repeat the same mistake again 👍🏼

How easy of tough it is for you people to make the forum members understand that actors have their own life too ?
For this forum it was not very tough . whenever I gave mod notes on such posts members thankfully understood and obeyed it .. there r forums where members dont understand andargue .. thankfully JR is not among them 😃
Have u people get to know abt spam posts and then their acc gets banned😆
Sometimes members report which is the best way to deal with spam posts .. otherwise every weekend I do go through forum's first 20-30 pages that r made over the week to deal with those spam posts and also updt our archive 😳

Yeah it is 😆 but then we hv to put our likes and dislikes aside while wearing that mod cap .. try to b as neutral as possible and pray that those forums r not very problematic 😆
