ishita free from murder charge according to law

i just heard from someone that if a person is hanged on the court's order and somehow the prisoner gets saved then the convict's punishment becomes null and void. it is considered as a sign from the divine and the person is freed from criminal charges because execution is performed after many inspections from the officers. so technically ishita is freed from all criminal charges and there is no need of her new look and new identity as per current track
cvs should consider this point!!!

yes this is true. So now even if Ishita is caught she cannot be hanged.

Yes its true...I asked my dad abt this...I had a feeling that I heard abt this clause somewhere...my dad confirmed ...yes she can't b hanged again...BT don't aspect logic n laws from TV shows..they only know how to butcher characters professions n laws

Yes it is absolutely true... . But for her to resurface as ishita not Shanaya .. Charges have to be cleared.. Coz she may be taken into custody for escaping ... That's why new avatar.. And the need to proven innocent.. Imo

ya dats true n i actually saw it in a movie(in dat after unsuccesfull hanging d guilty got his freedom as one person cant hang twice as per law) n made a post even regarding dis before actual hanging happened in serial. but if ishita wont run n cv applied dat law den ishita will free but not due to proven innocent but as per luck or conspiracy. now wen she ran away she commited bigger mistake if dey consider dat law den due to her running away she might get punished.
so it might be raman plan dat not only rescuing her but also keep her away from police till he get d proof.
ps-again its my pov only as cv never make raman think intelligently as already dey r rewarded as fools in love tag so ishra must do some mistake n der plan will backfire n again we will see majboor n cry baby raman.

I would have been glad if SP shows something logical and relevant. But, it would never happen I guess. When it comes to logic they are null and void. They just like showing nonsense. Starting with logic, at the first place Ishita couldn't have been given death penalty, its rarest of rare. So, no words
