cause their choice of films are bad ... sushant , ayushman , rajeev got hits with their first films tho ... the next debutants in bolly are harshad chopra , parth samthaan .. out of all i feel parth will have a long way to go along with sushant .. that guy can act ..

I guess they dont get the lauch pads that star kids do cuz of the preconcieved notion about tv actors which is true to some extent as majority cannot act, barring a few who unfortunatly still fall under the label and not given a fair opportunity in bollywood. In my opinion Barun Sobti is a good actor and majority who have seen his work would agree so I hope he gets some good roles in movies. Bollywood really needs a wider pool of talent as the same 10 12 actors repeating in every movie.

i think many r hastily in rush to join bollywood and signed any unknown ph movies which failed them to get notice,thinking movie will be success due to their fan following which is small compare to wider audience. Sushant was lucky and wise too. He got recognised for his talent in his first movie itself kai po che was good movie directed and produced by powerful personality in bollywood.
