Biggest acting break for struggling actors

I have been looking for various talent hunt events where i can directly interact with directors and casting directors of Bollywood. Recently came across this event called Bollywood Ki Pathshala that will give all the struggling actors who can act really well a chance to meet and perform before the best casting directors of India. The website says that the winners will also get to star in Bollywood movies, TV series and short films.
