Hotness in this context as per dictionary = the level of sexual excitement some one can cause.
So why the hack are girls giving ratings in this thread, beauty is understandable but hotness 😆.

Hotness in my book means glamorous and a step above beauty that makes a girl look mesmerizing - so yeah 😆 there is a criteria for what sexy is: curves, lovely skin etc so even a girl can see it just like how guys say a guy looks hot if he looks very manly or something.
