I noticed it too 😆... Karan even said on an interview with SBS (alongside Shilpa) that this character was written with me in mind/ it is totally like me the only difference is ke main real life main Dr. nahin hoon 😛...

Besides I like his flirty side (too) 😳 its part of what makes him him 😉 (hope you get what i'm trying to say! 😊) and the unique thing about him is he's not afraid of saying what he feels & thinks. He is very to the point, honest & open with the media (which is a good thing) it takes a lot of courage to say what you feel 👏...
