OMG! Avika Gor aka Roli to quit Sasural Simar Ka

Avika Gor who has been an integral part of Sasural Simar Ka will reportedly quit the show after a month. The actress is loved as Roli on the show and her chemistry with Manish Raisinghan much appreciated so far.

This is indeed heartbreaking news for fans of Roli and Siddhant!

All good things have to come to an end. One of the nicest things about Sasural Simar Ka was the lovely chemistry between Avika Gor (Roli) and her husband, Siddhant (Manish Raisinghan). The news is Avika Gor is exiting the show as her contract has come to an end. As per reports, it was valid till 2016 and it will soon expire. There are few chances of it being renewed. The lady apparently has film projects down South lined up and juggling between Sasural Simar Ka and her assignments will be impossible. So, she has decided to move out of the project.

Does that mean we will see Roli dead on the show? Talking to an entertainment portal, Avika was quoted as saying, "Yes, I have quit Sasural. Ideally, I would like my character Roli to be killed as RoSid meant a lot to me." The young actress' chemistry with co-star Manish Raisinghan was the talk of the town and rumour mills were abuzz about how they were a couple. However, they repeatedly denied those rumours.

The production house is apparently hunting for a suitable girl to replace Avika on the show. One of the names doing the rounds was Digangana Suryavanshi. She is of the same age as Avika and was last seen on Bigg Boss 9 as a contestant. However, Digangana said that she was offered the show but did not take it up and she has other plans.

As the hunt for a new girl goes on, RoSid fans will look to cherish the last few days of the pair on Sasural Simar Ka.
