Since the morning, the rumours are rife that Aamir Khan in all likelihood will be the ambassador for a key project of the Maharashtra government.

However, at on ongoing event in Mumbai, Maharasthra CM Devendra Fadnavis cleared the air regarding the same, in the presence of Aamir. The actor was present at an event to launch the Paani Foundation' along with the CM to combat water issue in Maharashtra. CM Fadnavis said, " Aamir Khan is not the brand ambassador. Amir wasn't intrested in being one. He just wants to work for the state and the affected."
