Salman never married and Ash seemed to have picked material security and status over love. I always felt BOTH Vivek and Abhishek were rebounds for her and the emotion seemed to be sucked out of her. At least, I feel she really loved Salman.

Why did things go wrong between them? Discuss.

salman was willing to give security of marriage but aish wasnt willing at that time ,salman s fight with her father made her away from him.She played with salman s feelings like a toy and then left him to cry and pin for her.Today she is happy with abhishek.

There is a proverb in hindi 'ek mayan me 2 talwar nahi reh sakti' or something along those lines.

Same way 2 vamps can't live together for rest of their lives. So they seperated.

Seriously, aren't people tired of discussing Salman and Ash? Every week there's some topic or the other.

Aishwarya never had to look back after her break up. She could get any man in the world with her beauty, stature, and value-system. She settled for Abhishek, who respects her for who she is, supports her, keeps her happy, and is her best friend. Salman too seems to have moved on.
