Anywys i have clean and clear "To Do List for RagSan"
1. Bakery may have one public way in and way out door...bt there is always a emergency or back door in every place...and that is usable for staff...so they can easily ask any staff abt dis in exchange of money. i cannot comment on this, it is possible.
2. Hotel...cctv footage of maasi's staying...if cctv can show swara's hand color then the dibba will also can be shown there... they shld check the timing and length of cctv clearly... considering CCTV footage doesnt show Kavita, it has clearly been tampered. but it is one thing to know it and quite another to prove it esp if the security team has helped replace the tape.
3. They can ask for post moterm report and investigate who did call police actually!!!!! what is the post mortem supposed to reveal? mode of killing? timing? or are you expecting some cells under the skin? all of those will only be if there was struggle between kavita and maasi...the lawyer can ask the police who called them, but that is not likely to clear anything because it can easily be a waiter in the hotel paid to call them on finding the body.
4.is there any room booked with the name urvashi kataria...if yes then yes visitors name should be also recorded there. it is a hotel not hostel. unless you have a high end hotel where you cannot enter the lift without swiping the card, there will be no record of the visitors, CCTV is supposed to cover for it.
5. what about the murder weapon and finger prints match!!!!this issue will be proved easily if they present the finger prints report along wd it. i don't know this so may be you can help me understand better, but did they find the murder weapon in the first place? second it is quite possible it might have no finger prints because they have been wiped off and unless there is proof that kavita wiped it, police will claim it is swara.
6. Most importantly track the location and user of the number frm which swara gets a call from amass. again, maasi calling her doesnt prove anything. esp since it is easy for maasi to call her from the hotel and that is all the trace will reveal. it cannot reveal what was said unless there was a tap put in place o the number before the call.

So all the above thing should b investigated primarily and police are bound to co-operate cz as they said swara was there bt she cant be seen as doing the murder...so cvs dnt shw us crap!!!!i knw u will drag it fr ur unnecessary drama bt a sharp and clever duo like ragsan can easily workout on this...

This is not about police work as that is cv's poor scripting.

This is about Sanskaar and Ragini's helplessness.

Though we know that Sanskaar and Ragini are both smart individuals and they should have thought of how to get going with collecting evidence systematically or cleverly.

Sanskaar and Ragini are presently very emotionally disturbed as their loved one is arrested and don't have much to start with. When emotionally disturbed you cannot think straight. That is the phase they are going through. They are trying hard to get evidence but their mind and thinking is clogged by the disturbed mind. That is why we see them so helpless. As the precap shows Sanskaar frantically searching Kavita's wardrobe for evidence, as he is desperate to get the evidence, since he is afraid and not able to bear the thought of Swara being moved to a jail with hardcore criminals, which is understandable. But what Sanskaar and Ragini need is to keep aside their fear, be positive in their own mind, that will help them to open their mind and think straight, plus to plan a setup for Kavita, so she either confesses or gives them the proof.

The first and foremost rule of law is that no conviction can be given on the basis of circumstantial evidence. Substantive evidence is the first and foremost requirement.

But Swaragini obviously exists in La La land.😆
