The blackmailer (Pragya) must have called Tannu to tell her if they don't release the person they caught, they will send something to Abhi. May be, Tannu did not take the threat seriously. So Pragya has sent something to Abhi to threaten her further.

Yeh.. And P is playing along to mkae T not suspect her..

May be she could have sent the photos / copy of the recording from the studio!!
