This is such a lovely, heart warming and most importantly realistic tale that it draws me to it like a moth to a flame. There is something very believable about not only Arnav and Khushi, but also Maya, Nani and Manorama..

And the kids, their thoughts, their naivety and innocence is beautifully brought alive with your words.. I feel like I am right there with them, feeling their thoughts, their happiness, their sadness

And Arnav-Khushi are just magical.. The way you write about the hesitancy that Khushi feels moving on from NK, the way she wishes to hold onto him and the betrayal she is worried about.. its so believable.. its so true!

I don't know if you PM when you update but if you do, please do let me know.. Looking forward to see how A-K overcome obstacles in their heart as well as the physical, geographical and emotional restraints..

Emotions Emotions Emotions ...OH how well u capture them... weave them into the most beautiful way and tell a story...

Each character is so well defined, portrayed, so human and yet so divine...

This, for me, sums up so nicely where Khushi is. The guilt of accepting that memories are ephemeral, but also the visceral fear of change. Her emotions are also clouded by the dread that for Meera, NK will become just a shadowy figure with the passage of time. And that just feels so unfair for the wonderful father that her Naren was.

The laws of nature demand that we move with time. That's not to say we forget the past. Just maybe come to terms with it. And this is Arnav Singh Raizada. Her friend. She knows him. That in itself must allay so much of the fear of stepping into the future. To maybe take a second chance.

Ah Mirabell, friends like Lavanya <3 Love them for never giving up on you and just being there for you always.

And this line encapsulates so perfectly what Arnav feels,"He wanted to know the depth of her desire, but he wanted to be there to drown in it, with her."

I have no doubt he will make it happen :) I was listening to this song and thought of him ...

A chapter that was expected, one that I was looking forward to. The storm, solitude brings back memories she may have unintentional pushed aside, going about her day. Haven't we all been there? Personally, I have found myself mustering about life on many occasions on nights like those. But I know Khushi's situation is much different than mine. That's for sure.

Why do I have a feeling this memory of NK will be a step back for Khushi? I understand her pain, the anguish, the guilt. It's all natural to stay with her for a long time to come. And as her dear friend pointed out... this is about Khushi, her happiness and life.

Isn't it time to move forward? What's wrong with that? Arnav is not a stranger that she is being forced to be with by her family. In fact its the total opposite...

She loves him.

He loves her.

They have a past. One neither of them had really moved on from.

Arnav, I feel for him. The man is where he was ten years ago. Now the question is how long will he and us readers have to wait for Khushi to accept this and take that step forward for herself and daughter.

And only you have the answer my dear SS...❤️
