Bihaan can't see humiliation of thapki for attending the puja and therefore he made shivling of mud..as Shradha is unable to bring shivling at home.. All Pandey members along with guests are bound to attend the puja performed by thapki and take prasad for her.

If you'd ask Jigs, she'd say that Thapki still loves Dhruv 😆 I have learnt a long time ago not to take Jigs' words seriously because she'd been contradictory since forever. Not the first actor I have encountered to be like this...
