When I say this, remember the pace of this show. SO all that may happen, Thapki realizes that she cares for Bihaan (or even go far enough to fall in love) but she will of course not show it or do anything about it. It will end up like yam ka diya - she knows that cares/ is in love and the SBS continues. 😆
