Yes. that is much better than saying better half. Better half sounds more like a label that shows the dominance of one partner over the other, whereas best half seemingly equates to ideal partner. It was almost like kunj was saying that he and twinkle are on an equal footing in their relationship and they have a healthy relationship where they share a mutual respect for one another, which is why I found it so cute when he said it
