You are talking about the time when Qazi had not become part of Top3. Once he became that, every one began to have second thought about him. RR changed sides and started saying that Qazi was a complete performer and not a good singer only.
When the time to save Rex and Arpita came, both of them claimed that Qazi was their friend.
Rex is an established turn coat. After serenading RR for so long, he suddenly shifted his loyalties to Arpita in the mistaken hope that she will take him to the FJ. Unfortunately for him, she was voted out by the public itself .
