Omni walking restlessly in her house - recalls Abi saying
" athai...namma veedu... take away...' Arjun walks in. " Akka, henchman at yr service. enna vishayam aa koopitinga??" Omni suspects that Abi has some major plan up her sleeves. Tells Arjun that since she could do nothing with that house, she is trying to renew her relationship with RK family and bring them down. Omni wants to get the house back in RK's name - somehow!! Arjun promises to execute any plan designed by Omni - " me, cannot think, u do that part, order me to do this this this and I shall comply" Omni looks absolutely pleased -"some one believes that I have a brain and is all set to be my henchman..ahahah" Joe and Abi in a departmental store - Abi has such great memory that she recalls a chance meeting with Joe when she is on one of her clandestine meetings with Indhu at school - Abi gets out of her car.. Joe hits... Abi apologises thinking that he is blind...(Mannn, what a memory??!!) - Abi asks if Joe remembers her " ungalukku eye operation aacha?? I met u when u were blind do u know who I am?" Joe is smart, answers with logic(!!!)" I have never been blind and even if I were, your asking me this Q is ridiculous...insulting a blind..." walks out leaving a dumb Abi.

Vishnu , the builder is interrupted in the outskirts of Madras - threatened by ACD at gun point - Vishnu spills out the beans - muted dialogs.

RK's house - Raji's 16th day ceremony - goodies spread out on a banana leaf - RK wants to know if all have been informed - asks about Abi - Omni says that they did not tell her - RK Mahathma gives a small sermon - calls Abi on her cell - Abi listens and hangs up on maama - Abi goes to SKPD and wants him to accompany her to RK's house
to do "sadangu for athai" - wants him to stand beside her as her dad and show the RK clan that she is not an orphan - SKPD refuses saying that emotional relationship will not be accepted as blood relation and excuses himself - Abi arrives at RK's place with some vessel and garland - the clan is visibly uncomfortable - Madan looks from upstairs at Abi....

October 26, 2007 Update

Abirami does her offerings to Raji, RK thanks her, she says she had no virodhum with the deceased person and leaves with Nallan.

Commissioner calls for a security meeting, attended by JC, ACD and some other officers in connection with a VVIP visit. Comm does not disclose the name of the VVIP when asked by an officer, but says security has to be very tight and ACD and JC are incharge of it.

In the meantime they show Joe watching a video of the proposed VVIP attack.

Karthik comes to RK and says he wants to join their new project since he will not be returning to the army for some time. RK agrees. He also inquires about the new person RK has appointed, i.e., Joe.

RK is going to Kaasi to immerse his wife's ashes and do her last rites. Oore sobs, but he leaves alone, says ACD's parents are there in Kaasi and they will help him.

A policeman/jailer informs Srini that he has been granted bail. Srini comes to the visitors gallery to see Vishnu there. Srini wonders why Vishnu took him out on bail. Vishnu says once the judge heard the reason, he immediately granted bail. Then Vishnu says it is because of you that your wife is…… Vishnu looks very upset. Srini assumes his wife is dead and opens his mouth. In comes our hero ACD, who tells Srini that nothing is wrong with his wife, that this was a ploy to make him open in mouth. ACD tells Srini that the court has given the police permission to interrogate him in their custody and takes Srini.

In the interrogation room, Ghani is there. ACD and JC join in. They ask him why Srini forged Charu's signature, what is the nature of relationship between him and SR. Srini tells them everything. ACD asks Srini to co-operate that they will need further info from him. Srini agrees. ACD asks Ghani to take everything in writing. FREEZE.

29/10/07 ACD spills the beans to Charu

Ghani is sent to arrest SR, but SR is smarter!! He has an anticipatory bail in place. Ghani puts his tail between his legs and marches back. ACD is informed - Ghani says that SR is a notorious criminal ( this guy amazes me no end!!! comes up with excellent wisecracks at regular intervals!!! 3 varushamaa suthi suthi vanthu SR epdi nnu kandu pidicha smartness kke oru award tharalaam. Roja, get ready with your next award function!!) - ACD is not perturbed. ( enna Ghani, ithu namakku puthusa enna??? come on, if we solve a case and catch the criminals, our IF members will have a collective heart attack man!! spare them, ok???) Promises Ghani that they will catch the criminals soon.
Ghani is not convinced ( we know, we know, we know!!)

Srini and Vishnu are all set for a back to back to race. Camera goes round a few times like our CR - carousel ride!! Vishnu falls at Srini's feet asking for pardon. "Pistol on my forehead - no option - had to sing - excuse me". Srini laughs hysterically ( when did u see Roja, Srini??? she holds exclusive rights for that laugh!!) Vishnu is at tether's end and has a puzzled look. ( Abi room kku next room venuma??? sollu man, ippove reserve panren!!) Srini at last says that he told the police every thing because SR came to visit him at jail and never bothered about his well being. Only threatened him and so Srini thought it fit to "pottukuduthufy" SR. SR walks in hearing all this, Vishnu scoots leaving behind "bosom friend" Srini. SR informs Srini that a thanni lorry is on the way - driver's salary is only 2000 rs!!! - SR leaves but Srini has the look of a jackal!!!

KNK is coming out of a temple shadowed by Charu. SR's henchmen aim at KNK but Charu saves her. Charu follows the henchmen in her car and KNK informs ACD about the incident. ACD asks for back up
( that police officer was a real "back up" - never attempted to overtake ACD!!!) As expected, the criminals speed and get away. ACD sends the back up guy to chase the shooters and blocks Charu who has a pistol in her hands. Says that police and judiciary will do their job. Charu has no faith in either. Comes out with choicest comments
(way to go Charu !!) ACD talks about "soozhnilai" and "limitations" - Charu asks him to go and get ready with the paper work - "wait for me to surrender" - ACD loses his cool and tells her the truth - "KNK is Jammu, we planted her, your pining for her convinced SKPD that she is his own, we wanted it that way, so never told you...." Charu has a valid Q " you have quite some resources to nail criminals (do they???!!) but u chose to play with the emotions of a mother??" ACD tries to look sheepish but the furrows on the forehead refuse to co-operate. Charu goes on "tell me now, tell me now, do u know my original CP?" ACD refuses to tell her.....Freeze

Charu enters her house with a dejected look. House is empty and CR manges to show us the chandelier (mine is cuter than the one in Abi's house!!!!) Black and white flash back of mandapam - a tired Charu with CP - placing the child - the works folks!! - ends with jo la lee la lee jo jo la lee la lee ( my eyes almost closed!!!)

Kanakku reporting to SKPD - Charu amma only saved CP -
SKPD surprised - runs to KNK to confirm. KNK narrates the incident with tears in her eyes (athu sari, my parents are looking for a groom, ACD intha janmathile case pidikka maattar, na sethu poitta... yetho antha amma punniyathile, yuiroda irukken hukumm) "appa, I called her loosu and drove her away a few times but she saved me today, at least now tell me if she is my mother and if so, why did u both separate?" (smart girl, uses the opportunity - typical common sense of a woman - nothing to do with briefing from JC/ACD!!!) Now it is time for SKPD's flash back - MP seeing the murder - calls him names - sets out to report to police - SKPD sending one hand to catch/finish her ...... makes up his mind and confirms to CP that Charu is a loosu - KNK is too shattered to argue and so leaves the arena. Kanakku praises Charu for saving CP and expresses his displeasure about labeling her as loosu. He also says that SR is the man behind the conspiracy. SKPD talks about veeram and vivekam(??!!) and vows to finish SR with minimum ado. He tells kanakku that Charu is not that old MP , now she is equal to 100 men!! (the equation looks fine - 1 woman = 100 men!!) KNK recalls the temple incident and deems it fit to thank Charu.

ACD and JC in a meeting. ACD is angry. Wants to arrest SR but JC calls for porumai. ACD sees no logic(??!!) in that but JC has too much patience and explains. (Eljayyyy... unga kaattile , mazhai peyyuthu a la Pattiyal)

We need a FIR to arrest him, FIR can't be made with out a complaint, complaint has to come from Jammu/Charu/SKPD - and if we do get it Jammu has to come to court, every thing will become kaput... get it my dear young man????" ACD calms down. JC tells him "arrest SR - catch him if u can.. (Mohammed, Mohammed Aliiii)- and we will take it from there".

KNK Visits Charu and thanks her. Charu says that ACD told her the truth and she is glad to have saved KNK. Sends little feelers to KNK about her own daughter but KNK proves that she is a woman again - feigns total ignorance and plays Peter Vidal " you will get your daughter soon amma, until then I could play the role" - they hug each other.

Priya is busy cooking for ACD - waits for him to turn up for lunch (clock strikes one , ACD did not come down) loiters around impatiently -"periya police officer - but not punctual....." tries his mobile which is switched off.. ACD is in a meeting with bigwigs - They have info about Ranjan (Joe) - from Malaysia - criminal records all over the world ........ Omni calls up Priya and asks for ACD. Priya informs that he is yet to come home for lunch. Omni gets all wise and advises Priya to carry food and go to his office.Priya applauds the wisdom and decides to act on it ( othai vanga pore, he is vexed as it is.. ennamo don't disappoint Bon, Madhu et al)

Temple - Abi asking God for her mommy. Charu arrives planning to ask for daughter. Both meet face to face - (green and yellow greedy fellow) Charu doles out a look of disdain......

Recap from last night - Charu and Abi face to face in the temple - Abi wishes Charu which is met by a terse greeting. Abi expresses her surprise at Charu going behind the shooters with a pistol. Charu says "paasam" and checks her tongue. "Paasam, why?? on CP??" - Abi probes but Charu is smart. "Oh, I would have done that EVEN if it were u" - Abi is jubilant that some one cares so much about her - but Charu is curt. In short, she tells Abi that any one who suffers loss in personal life should do good to others always and bury the grief - Abi ponders " Namakku ithellam othu varuma??? nallatha??? hmmm"

Commisioner's office Priya arrives with food. Plans to wait in the corridor for ACD after being told that he is in a meeting (Olive green sari) . Meeting in progress. JC suggests that scanning the list of visitors from South east Asia might lead them some where. C calls for lunch break. ACD meets Priya in the corridor,all smiles ( Bon, the joy was natural and the smile exhibited good chemistry - for once they looked real happy!!) and glad to see Priya and food ( in the same order!!) They plan to eat together but Shankar lands as a nandhi
( Today is pradosham - Nandi Bhagavan, pls forgive me) - asks a constable to buy lunch but ACD offers food. Priya is visibly upset but serves him food. ( again, the way ACD made Priya oblige with a slight nod of the head and a light smile looked real good - now this is romance!!)

Kanakku and SKPD - Abi enters. SKPD is angry with her. Kanakku scoots the scene. Abi puts bindi on and advises SKPD to surrender as the police has all the evidence against him. CP enters and insults - " get my dad in to the jail, throw me out of this house and get all the wealth?? Master stroke Abi..." Abi shoos CP and says " if sothu is my goal, I need not wait for so long..." ( oh really?? and how do u plan to lay your hands on it??) Abi again tries to convince SKPD but he shows her the way out.

ACD and JC - ACD wants to know why that dead guy ( intl.terrorist) was behind Shanthi. JC states the obvious - when he was shot Omni met him and he said some thing to her - but ACD says that in the absence of a body, this becomes a suspected murder case ( Summa solla koodathu, konjam romantic aa aana odane he has become smart as well - thinks logically - Eljay, your constant prodding is being rewarded now, enjoy!!) - JC understands .....

Priya at the swing - all red and angry. Omni arrives and teases - Priya narrates the lunch fiasco and it is her turn to play Peter Vidal today
" Antha Kazhugu will get ACD in to trouble, just wait and see" - Omni is amused...

Hey folks, priya is STILL working for Charu - Charu is dictating and Priya is writing - enters our hero ( the whole episode, he was only in the uniform) , Charu teases - " u came to see me or....?" ACD sprinkles starch all over himself " 100% official" Charu dispenses Priya who leaves half-heartedly. ACD enquires about SR - Charu says that SR calls himself as the relative of her benefactor and has an eye on the wealth.... A window opens and an young man eavesdrops......
