Why would Manu suddenly accept?

I am a bit confused! Why would Manu suddenly accept that she is a suhagaan? I thought she has never accepted the marriage, as she has said it repeatedly. So, what would prompt her to accept the marriage suddenly? I hope they give us some explanation for her sudden change of heart and mind (not that I am unhappy with the progress, infact quite the opposite 😛). I know it's too much to expect logic in hindi soaps where anything goes, but still would like to see some reason why she is suddenly all willing to accept the marriage.

Btw, exactly how many pheras did Yuvraj and Maya take? To me it looked like they were going around and around and around...😆.
