| Rucha's rescue act for Bidaai Bidaai's team will be celebrating Karva Chauth on screen for which Tejaswini Kolhapure and Vishal Singh were supposed to shoot a cameo. But Teswani could not make it and had to be replaced by Rucha Gujrati. We found out why. Rajan Shahi, director of the show, reveals, "Tejaswini was supposed to shoot with us for a dance sequence but unfortunately fractured her toe because of which she could not dance and we had to replace her with Rucha." |
An obliged Rajan adds, "It was Rucha's goodwill gesture that she immediately agreed to do this act. This is the good part of our industry that people actually come up to help each other in times of need."
So how are you going to manage things? "We have worked out the specifications and altered her costumes too so that there are no issues. We will also give her time for rehearsals on the sets. I hope both Vishal and Rucha will recreate their Bhabhi magic here too."
Vishal and Rucha will be shown playing a Punjabi couple who are neigbours of Sadhna and Ragini. They will go to their place to celebrate Karva Chauth and Kaushalya will ask them to shake a leg. We have heard that this will be the highlight of the show and with this the serial's original flavour will undergo a complete change.
When we contacted Rucha, she told us that she agreed to do the cameo even though it was on a short notice and was unaware of the fact that Tejaswani was supposed to do it earlier.
