The specialty of YHM leads is both had a break up n then suddenly they went 4 an arranged marriage.
Divyanka hid about Vivek is because she didnt want medias to highlight their relationship as she was not sure of her relation with Vivek..She admitted abt Sharad very late.She herself said that its bcz in this industry gf n bf change every yr.So she didnt know where hers n Sharad's relationship wud reach.Same thing here also
