Welcome to the Tashan-E-Ishq Newsletter HQ!

As any inspiring enterprise, you will be required to work as a team to create the best possible product. In this case, a newsletter. You all have already signed up for the positions that you will like to take but just in case you have forgotten, I will post the chart down below.

Now, there are some positions that are still empty and it will be great if someone could up that task. If not, we could always work on it collaboratively so that the task is finished faster.

Rules:

At this thread you may do the following:

- discuss the various positions that are involved in the newsletter with the other team members

- ask for any clarifications on your assigned task

- ask for help either from the admins or your team members

- notify the admins of any absences, troubles, or "book offs"

And these are some things that you must do:

- finish your assignments on time!

- if there is a case of emergency due to which you are unable to complete the task, then PM one (1) of the admins (.MysticalWaters or asmaanixx)

- if you know ahead of time that you won't be able to do a task, then notify both the admins and your backup if you have one. If you are the backup and have no regular, then notify just the admins

- send in your part of the tasks via PM to one of the admins by Saturday as the newsletter will be published on the Sunday

By not submitting your parts on time creates a lot of stress and extra work for the admins to do. It will be best to keep this space professional and have each newsletter go by as smoothly as possible. But if rules have been broken, then there has to be consequences.

- If you fail to inform one of the admins the reasoning behind your late submission or not sending one in at all, then you will be given one warning.

- We will tolerate this for only three (3) times, after which you will be removed from participating in the newsletter

IMP NOTE:

Here is the list of sections members has volunteered for.
Although wehave memebers for most of the categories,still we have few sections without members,Some members who signed up for back-up for a certain section,i have added them as regulars until we find anyone else.
I would request,if anyone of you is interested in taking more than one category please volunteer for it.
The sections in red do not have either a back up or a regular.
I have added meimo12 as regular for episode of the week as it is an important section and we cannot afford to miss on it!

general categories

Summary of the Week
**The writer will be required to summarize/highlight the main points that occurred for the week. The format could be episodic or cumulative, it is entirely up to the writer. However, since it is a summary, it will be best if personal opinions were left out.

Character of the Week
**The writer will choose who they thought to be the star of the week and give reasons as to why. The aim will be to focus on the character chosen rather than expand to the other characters and point out how they had failed to act in a certain situation.

Irritating Character of the Week
**The writer will choose who they found to be the most irritating for the other characters, the story at hand or the viewers. The aim is to remain purely objective and not to bring personal biases or cross the line into bashing the characters. The writer must provide legitimate reasons as that will support their choosing.

Message to the Makers&Rating of the Week

**The writer is to write up an objective message to the makers of the show. The message could range from personal views on the development of the characters, the progression of the story line, the way that the show is being marketed/promoted etc.

**The writer will give an overall rating of all the episodes as a cumulative. Strengths, weaknesses, what could be improved must be provided. The aim is not to give a summary, but rather an overall impression of the week that passed and what hopes/predictions they may have for the coming week.

Scene of the Week
**The writer is to choose a scene that they found to be the best in the entire week. It could be a pivotal moment that shaped the course of the show, an emotional moment two characters etc.

Blooper of the Week
**The objective for the writer is to pick out a blooper (if any) that are found in the show. If there is none, they may choose to write about any inconsistencies that they have found.

Best Dressed Character of the Week
**The writer's job will be to pick out who they found was the best dressed. Since it is purely subjective, there are no parameters that will be reinforced.

Romantic Moment of the Week
**The writer is to choose what they found to be the most romantic moment of the week. Reasoning is to be provided along with how it has or will impact the characters in the long run.

Episode of the Week
**The writer is to pick one episode from the entire week that they found was to be the most pivotal or memorable. Reasoning must be provided and how they feel it will impact the overall show, the characters or the upcoming week.

Dialogue of the Week
**The writer is to choose one dialogue that they found to be the most powerful. The context of the dialogue must be provided, who spoke it, who it was said (unless it's a monologue), how it shapes the story and how it impacts the characters involved.

Signature of the Week
**The writer must go to the "Tashan-E-Ishq Creation Gallery" and choose one signature that they found was the best. They must provide the page number from where they got the signature, the creator's name, and why they chose it.

**The writer must go to the "Tashan-E-Ishq Creation Gallery" and choose one icon or avi that they found was the best. They must provide the page number from where they got the icon or avi, the creator's name, and why they chose it.

OS/FF/SS of the Week
**The writer may go to the "Tashan-E-Ishq Media Gallery" or visit the Tashan-E-Ishq Forum and choose one story that they found was the best. They must give recognition to the author, their overall impression based on a rating out of five (5) and a small critique. They must also provide a link to the story.

All your inquiries and requests will be placed here. Since the objective of this newsletter is to be collaborative, I expect everyone to help out in any way that they can. If you haven't received any help 48 hours, then contact the Admins.

Details of first edition:

The first edition will be posted on 1st feb 2016
The last date to submit your entries will be 12:00PM IST 31st jan 2016
2 reminders will be sent to you,If you guyz for some reason cannot do your sections,Please inform the NL Admins so we can arrange for back-ups.
The edition will be for the month of january,ie your section write-up should be based on the episodes aired in the month of january.

This section will act as a central for any type of feedbacks, suggestions and/or comments.
You may choose to post them here in public, or PM one of the Admins about it and we'll post them here anonymously.
What We Need:
- Winning signatures for the following sections: Avi / Icon of the Week, Signature of the Week, and OS/SS/FF of the Week
- Tags for the Newsletter: For the introduction and then each major subsection. More will be elaborated for the subsections.

I am so happy and excited that NL is back..

The first twinj scene brought me to the forum and I stayed because I found some awesome group of friends here.i love them to bits so now can't ever imagine leaving the forum

Ofcourse twinj chemistry made me a regular writer on the forum warna I have never written more than one story on any other couple.

That's it all about me.

Also if no one is wanting to take up the post of best dressed character of the week I can do it as regular.
