I was hoping that this time Viplov will get a chance to proof himself as a professional lawyer. But the way he moved with the evidence made me a bit surprised??? When a lawyer finds an evidence -it is taken with care, so that the finger print is protected, and a search for other evidence is done at the site of the event. The next step would be to contact law enforcing agency to follow up. Here the lawyer Viplov completely surprised me by accusing Trip without proofing him guilty ... And Viplov taking law in his own hand.

Again at the hospital why the doctor's did not think it was an abnormal death, and why there was no postmortem? How was the body so easily discharged and burnt, leaving no evidence now.

The above are some common sense routine work.

I was also a bit surprised when Viplov believed from the CCTV that Dhani released Trip- clearly knowing how vile Trip can be. Viplov refused to listen dhani' s part of the story. And of course that issue still remains unresolved...

I somehow feel the cvs are doing a very weak job in uravelling the mysterious death of Shambu, and showing Viplov as a professional lawyer.???

May be it would have been better if cvs had given Viplov some other profession, then perhaps this weaknesses may have bee understood.

Hoping the cvs will get an expert from the legal field to write a sensible script for this part, and some expert advise as to how Wakil Babu should be a better critical thinker, analyst, a wise judge keeping, and ensuring his emotions and anger doees not come on the way of his profession.

@Sky at this time Vip is highly emotionally strung.

He has just lost his dad , His mom has been throwing such tantrums and Dhaani is getting abused by her.

Further Trip someone he hates has the upper hand now and he is not able to nail him. Worse he thinks Dhaani has something to do with it.

He needs to calm down and maybe meet his friend Raj to sort this out like he did when Dhani rejected him.

Vip is a smart guy and understands how his mom implicating dhani for everything . He in his bones knows that Trip is the murderer but as you say he has not been able to link it all.

I am waiting for the RAZOR SHARP Viplav but what I can forsee its going to be an emotional ride for him in the coming days.

Nice post Skydome. I am also waiting to see Viplav as a lawyer but if we see him as common man who lost his father unexpectedly his actions are justified. Based on past record he's sure that TP killed his father.
And Viplav gave complaint accusing TP as his father murderer and gave ring as a proof, but police why did not they take TP to jail for further investigation. They gave ring also back to Viplav, without investigation how can they prove what is wrong or right.

Last time when Viplav complained about TP they took him without asking any proofs but this time they want proofs. It iis bit surprising for me.

Great point Sky.

I agree that as a lawyer he should have picked that ring up with care and looked for other signs in the room for clues.

No matter how emotionally strung one is a lawyer after hearing from a Doctor that there was a struggle with Shambu, Viplav even in the hospital should have bells ringing in his lawyers head to look for signs in his fathers room to see if there was indeed a struggle.

I do realize Viplav was in shock and ones mind does slow down in times like that but the clue that the Dr gave should have woken him up to see the possibility of foul play.

In the police station when seeing Dhaani he did not doubt the evidence because he did not listen to Dhaani and her explanation of why she had gone to the police and why she was giving her thumb print on the paper.

I agree the CV's are doing a poor job in researching and assuming that the audience are dumb and will not pick on some small bloopers.

But in Viplav's defence I will say that shock of his fathers demise and the anger he feels for not knowing why it happened in the first place has kept him befuddled and
vulnerable to his bursts of anger and frustration.

I guees Viplav does not have time for all the research and wants to arrest Tripurari, when he clearly knows that the ring belongs to TT. But yes, would love to see a track where Viplav can show the lawyer side of him.

Much needed post Skydome!!
I wish CV'S working more on VIP'S sketch during revelations .. . I would love to watch initial VIP who can carry a kind of circumstances... Right now I could understand, he is completely scattered and emotionally strained, but I do hope they will handle his sketch with insightful touch in future episodes..

Nice topic, Sky! When it comes to mystery and stuff cvs lack some basics in the execution. Even I expected a post mortem, by which they could have got to know that he died not just out of heart attack, but he was choked to death.

Secondly, it was indeed disappointing to see how the ring was carelessly handled, Viplav knowing it's an evidence he was throwing it to the inspector like a ball, stupidity it was.

Agreed that his mental stability is in for a toss with his father's sudden demise., he can't think straight, then he shouldn't be blaming Dhani and others for not siding with him. His allegations would sound baseless to anyone coz of the lack of proper evidences. And maybe we're expecting too much from a soap, all they need is drama and it's without logic if they get it why bother the other way...!

Thanks for all your comments. It would not have bothered me, if Viplov was not introduced to us as a lawyer (even laymen would have thought about these basics). Yes, I have empathy about Viplov's present mental state, but what about his instinct as a lawyer - is'nt that inbuilt in his system (personally as a professional I would think so)? Apologies, if I am offending any one.

Are we expecting too much from a soap??? So far the makers of this show have been good at projecting their ideas close to real life (that is why it is so unique)- so the level of expectation for the audience should also go up.

I would wait very optimistically to see whether the makers will re-think about this weakness, otherwise it may turn like the other soaps only evil, negativity and destruction wins, while goodness suffers and suffers... till we stop watching it.
