With regards to the post mortem.thedoctors examined him and gave their medical opinion.When the body was discharged..the hospital has to give a death certificate with the cause of death. Had the family challenged the medical team , or if it was a police case.. then a post mortem would have been performed , that too with the consent of a family member ,or next of kin of the deceased.. Shambu's cause of death although baffled the family ,it was not contested by the family. Now as a lawyer can sue the hospital for error in judgement and challenge the hospital 's discharge summary sheet regards cause of death.. if he suspects his father was murdered ,then the law and police would be involved.
yes with regards to tripurari's ring.. he was impulsive.. but then his mother had already I suspect.. bribed the police into rejecting trips arrest..on viplav's behest.. remember she turns up at tripurari's place to see if he was arrested or not?.. I also suspect she must have warned trips that he's found his ring. Besides, trips himself spotted it was missing ,and could conclude that it must have slipped off his finger in the scuffle with shambu.. so he got himself a replica..
Yes viplav now needs to focus on collecting evidence against tripurari. How he findsproof against trips and how trips tries to hoodwink viplav..is next on the cards and should be interesting to watch.. so keep tuned in and thanks for a pertinent post., love hammii
