Yes a DIL is coming to fill the void left by daughters and going forward she is going to part of that family. It would have been good if every family remembers it and treats their DIL respectfully.

truly beautiful scene indeed...

the question asked by sita today is a thought which even today bothers every daughter and also her parents...

yet the answer given by janak seems to be the perfect explanation.

mother always feel that all the years bringing up her daughter, grooming her, making her beautiful and creating this wonderful bond between the two of them and yet one day to let her go to another home...

fathers when they bond with their princess, spoil them,, become their emotional anchor, and a strong pillar of supporter to his daughter will always find it extremely difficult to separate from his beloved princess after she gets married,,,,

this is a thing which takes a lot of time for parents to cope up with...
