Omg this is soo possible because he is the one who sent pyaare to get sehra where pyaare saw booth of kishor I mean aniket was not even dressed by then then why does he need sehra?😔 which means if u guess comes true after the marriage even if his mother tries to separate karvi he might fail her mother's plan and clear all misunderstandings between karvi and bring them together! If its true I guess he might have heard Karthik and shanti conversation or may be shanti was concerned about her brother's love and she herself went and said everything to aniket because until before that scene he was planning and dreaming of his future with survi! It's quite possible! and aniket all ways seemed cute and kind even though he fits best in negative character! I don't mind him seeing negative as well I will be very happy if he is positive as one candidate from karvi's dushman list can be cut off!😆

uper se aniket ka kartik ko hag karna or bolna survi se bada gift kya ho sakta which means aniket knows that kartik and survi love each other kartik is sacrifising his love for aniket

Yes it can be possible. This way at least we will have one less negative character. But what about the medicine thing..bcos Taai told medicine truth to only Lata and now that Hema showed the bottle to Taai,wont it be obvious to Taai that Lata has done this.. 😕
